This comprehensive community college serving 10,000 students annually plays an important role in our region. Over the years we have served on the foundation board and have taught basic financial education classes. Our current course offering focuses on the compound interest power zone, educating grandparents how they can impact future generations. Being involved with the foundation and the college has provided an outlet to help students and the community.

The ICLN hosts monthly events to promote interaction with citizens of different talents, ages and perspectives. Featured speakers share wisdom about their journey in life and the interaction is contagious. This incubator of possibilities provides an outlet for anyone to express their dreams and find a community of support and mentorship. Encouragement, creation, and inspiration are the DNA of this organization.

The Dunwoody Project
1997-2007
Early in my financial career, Bob Dunwoody exposed me to a way of thinking that melted my soul. BE + DO = HAVE is a formula of success that has been passed down through the ages, but I felt an obligation to capture and spread his message. The Dunwoody Project produced books and CD’s of Bob Dunwoody’s finance industry wisdom, funneled audiences to bobdunwoody.com, and developed the Bob Dunwoody quote generator, which has collected over 10,000 addresses for distribution, and exposed millions to Bub Dunwoody wisdom
Dream
Roundup
2000-2004
The Dream Roundup was a project to collect a million dreams from people across the world. We partnered with Patty Duke to make it happen. The premise was that magic can happen when you take the time to decide what you want. I had this serendipitous experience early in my career. I had written a specific income goal that seemed out of reach and eighteen months later I had earned the exact amount I had written down. Dreams can come true. Mine did and so can yours.

The brainchild of the Innovation Collective and the University of Idaho, we work with industry leaders around the world to create rapid learning platforms that prepare everyone in the state of Idaho for the future of work. Our mission is to break down the traditional barriers to education by leveraging the state’s 42 extension offices. I helped support this rollout of the first project in the five northern counties, over a three day period, alongside Apple executives, introducing their software program “Everyone Can Code”
